Refund policy
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, DELIVERY and WARRANTY POLICY
1. POLICY SCOPE
This policy applies to all massage chairs and related products sold by the Company,
including sales conducted online and through in-person transactions at pop-up shows, and similar events. This policy is disclosed and acknowledged at the time of purchase and governs all sales except where otherwise required by applicable state law.
2. DEFINITIONS
NEW PRODUCT:
A factory-new, unused product that has not been used as a showroom or demonstration
unit.
FLOOR MODEL / DEMO MODEL:
A product used for showroom display or customer demonstration and sold at a significantly discounted price due to prior use. Floor models are sold exclusively through in-person transactions and are not offered for sale online.
3. RIGHT OF RESCISSION; ORDER STATUS
All customers are afforded a three-day right of rescission following execution of the
purchase agreement.
During the three-day right of rescission period, the customer’s order remains pending and is not submitted to the manufacturer. No manufacturing, fulfillment, or shipment is initiated during this period.
After expiration of the three-day right of rescission, the order becomes eligible to be placed with the manufacturer. Once an order is placed with the manufacturer, changes to product selection is limited and subject to the exchange provisions set forth in this policy.

4. EXCHANGES — NEW PRODUCTS ONLY
Exchanges apply only to new, non-demonstration products and are subject to the conditions below.
Exchanges Before Manufacturer Order Placement:
Customers may request an exchange while the order remains pending and prior to
manufacturer submission. Any price difference must be paid prior to order placement.
Exchanges After Manufacturer Order Placement (Limited):
Once an order has been placed with the manufacturer and processed to the delivery company exchanges may be considered only with approval. If approved, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with reversing and reprocessing the order, including return shipping, a 10% restocking fee, any additional delivery or outbound shipping fees for the replacement product, and any costs incurred to intercept or return a shipment already in transit.
Exclusions:
Floor models / demonstration units, and custom or special-order items are not eligible for exchange. Exchanges do not reset rescission or return timelines.
5. RETURNS — NEW PRODUCTS ONLY
Customers may request a return of a new product within thirty (30) days of delivery,
subject to approval. All returns require prior authorization.
Approved returns are subject to a ten percent (10%) restocking fee. The customer is
responsible for all return shipping and transportation costs back to the Company or
manufacturer, including any required freight services and is responsible for the product until it arrives back to the company.
Returned products must be in original condition and include all original components, accessories, manuals, documentation, and original packaging, including the original shipping pallet.
All returned products are inspected upon receipt.
If a product shows damage, excessive wear, missing packaging, or requires repair or refurbishment, the Company reserves the right to deduct applicable costs, reduce the refund amount, or deny the return entirely.
6. Floor models are sold at significant discounts reflecting prior show demonstration use. These deep discounts replace any return or exchange rights that apply to new products. Accordingly, all floor model and demonstration unit sales are AS-IS and FINAL SALE after delivery. Floor models are not eligible for return or exchange for any reason. Manufacturer warranty coverage remains in effect.
All floor models will be set up and inspected at the time of delivery-by-delivery personnel, or if picked up by the customer, inspected and in working condition to be signed off on at the point of receiving product. Customer acknowledges and accepts minor cosmetic imperfections inherent to display models and confirms the product is in good working condition at the time of acceptance.
Floor models and demonstration units are sold exclusively through in-person transactions at pop-up shows, trade shows, fairs, home shows, and similar live events. Floor models are not offered for sale online.
7. Concealed Damage:
Concealed damage refers to non-obvious functional or mechanical issues caused during
shipping or handling on a new product that could not be inspected at the time of shipping and that are not reasonably detectable through visual inspection at
delivery and become apparent only during initial operation or use. Examples may include internal mechanical or electrical issues that were not observable at the time of delivery.
Concealed damage must be reported to the Company within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery.

Issues reported after this period are not considered concealed damage and will be addressed, if applicable, through the manufacturer’s warranty process.
By accepting delivery, the customer confirms acceptance of the product condition.
8. WARRANTY POLICY
All products include a standard manufacturer-provided warranty consisting of five (5)
years on the framework, three (3) years on parts, and one (1) year labor.
Customers may elect to upgrade their manufacturer warranty coverage at the time of
purchase to one of the following options: Chairs come with a lifetime access to customer service and tech support through the manufacturer.
• 3-3-5 All-Inclusive warranty for $399
• 5-5-5 All-Inclusive warranty for $599
All-inclusive warranties are administered by the manufacturer. The Company does not provide warranty coverage but facilitates communication with the manufacturer on the customer’s behalf.
9. Customer Acknowledgment
For online purchases of new products, customers are provided access to this policy and all store policies (Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy) in the checkout footer. By completing checkout and placing an order, the customer confirms they have reviewed and agree to the Sales, Returns, Exchanges, Delivery, and Warranty Policy. In person purchases, customers are provided a hard copy of the policy.
10. GOVERNING LAW
This policy is governed by the laws of the state in which the sale occurs.
11. WARRANTY VS REFUND
Defective products are covered under the manufacturer's warranty (see Warranty Information and Terms of Service). Inspect your product thoroughly upon delivery. For warranty claims or defects, contact Infinity at the number provided on your delivery documentation, or reach out to our support team for assistance.
