Welcome to The Restore Studio. By purchasing from or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Overview
The Restore Studio ("we," "us," "our") sells premium massage chairs and wellness equipment. Our store is powered by Shopify. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. Your order is not confirmed until we send you an order confirmation email and process your payment.
After the three-day right of rescission period expires, orders are placed with our manufacturer partner, Infinity, for processing and shipment. During high-volume periods such as shows or events, order placement may be delayed until the conclusion of the event.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect when your order is placed. Prices do not include applicable taxes or delivery fees unless stated otherwise.
Payment Methods:
- Credit cards (all major cards)
- ACH bank transfer
- Wire transfer (for full-payment purchases)
- Synchrony financing (subject to credit approval)
All payments must be received and cleared before your order is processed for shipment.
Financing Disclaimer: Financing is provided by Synchrony Financial and is subject to credit approval. We do not make credit decisions. All financing terms are determined solely by Synchrony Financial.
5. Returns and Refunds

6. Delivery
All massage chairs include white-glove delivery and installation service ($399). Delivery is provided by Infinity's professional team. Full delivery terms are available in our Shipping Policy.
7. Event and Floor Model Sales
Purchases made at shows or events are subject to these Terms. Floor model sales are final and not eligible for returns. See our complete Sales, Returns, Exchanges, Delivery and Warranty Policy for details.
8. Warranty
All massage chairs include the manufacturer's standard warranty:
- 5-year structural frame warranty
- 3-year parts replacement
- 1-year in-home labor
Extended warranty options are available for purchase at checkout:
- 3-Year Extended Warranty: $399 (3 years complete parts & labor coverage)
- 5-Year Extended Warranty: $599 (5 years complete parts & labor coverage)
All warranty coverage, terms, and conditions are determined by the manufacturer (Infinity, Kyota, etc.). To initiate a warranty claim, contact Infinity Limited Warranty Service at 1-603-910-5000 or our support team at 512-693-9613.
Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
9. Health and Safety Disclaimer
Massage chairs are designed for relaxation and therapeutic purposes. Certain medical conditions may make massage therapy inadvisable. Consult your healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, have pre-existing medical conditions, or have concerns about whether massage therapy is appropriate for you.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by The Restore Studio or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
11. Privacy
Your personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy at therestorestudio.com/policies/privacy-policy. Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify also collects certain information to provide and improve services.
12. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our Services for any unlawful purpose, to violate intellectual property rights, to transmit malicious code, to harass others, or to interfere with the operation of our website.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE RESTORE STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Restore Studio from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our products or violation of these Terms.
16. Relationship with Shopify
The Restore Studio is powered by Shopify. However, all sales are made directly with The Restore Studio. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales or transactions. You release Shopify from all claims related to your purchases.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
18. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
