Shipping Policy

All massage chair orders include white-glove delivery and installation service for $399.00. This fee will be added to your order total at checkout.

After the three-day right of rescission period expires, orders are placed with the manufacturer for processing and shipment. During high-volume periods such as large shows or events lasting multiple weeks, order placement with the manufacturer may be delayed until the conclusion of the event due to volume of orders being placed. You will receive a tracking number via text/email within 48-72 hours after your order is placed with the manufacturer.

What's Included:

Infinity's professional white-glove delivery team will:

  • Deliver your massage chair directly to your home
  • Unpack and assemble the chair
  • Set up the chair in your desired room location
  • Test the chair to ensure proper operation
  • Navigate up or down a maximum of three (2) flights of stairs
  • Remove and dispose of all packaging materials

Floor models purchased at in-person events also include white-glove delivery and installation service. Delivery personnel will set up and inspect the unit with the customer at the time of delivery to confirm working condition before departure.

 Please contact us in advance if your delivery location has special access requirements.

Customer Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the delivery area is clear and accessible
  • Our delivery team does not move existing furniture
  • Please have the installation space prepared prior to your scheduled delivery

Delivery Timeframe:

Most deliveries are completed within 2-4 weeks from the date your order is placed with the manufacturer (after the 3-day cancellation period).

Delivery Scheduling:

You will receive a tracking number within 48-72 hours after your order is placed with the manufacturer. Infinity's delivery team will contact you directly to schedule your delivery appointment. You can monitor your shipment using the tracking number provided and coordinate with the manufacturer's delivery team as needed.

You will receive a delivery appointment confirmation 24-48 hours before your scheduled delivery with a specific time window.

Rescheduling Deliveries:

Once your delivery appointment is scheduled, any rescheduling requests must be made directly with Infinity's delivery team. They will contact you to confirm your delivery window, and you can coordinate any changes with them at that time.

Delivery Area:

We deliver nationwide throughout the continental United States. We do not currently deliver to Hawaii or Alaska. Please contact us at 512-693-9613 if you have questions about delivery to your location.

Shipping Restrictions:

Due to the size and weight of massage chairs, we cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A physical street address is required for delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items:

Please inspect your massage chair thoroughly upon delivery.

White-Glove Delivery ($399): Our delivery team will assemble, inspect, and test your chair to ensure it is in proper functioning order before they leave. Please review their work and report any concerns immediately.

Door Delivery: It is critical that you inspect the packaging and chair immediately upon delivery. Check for any visible damage or missing parts before the delivery driver leaves.

If you notice any damage or missing parts, notify the delivery team immediately and contact our customer support at 737-203-1028 within 24 hours. We will coordinate with Infinity to resolve any issues.
